Ready For the 4th?

Wait?! It's the 4th of July tomorrow? Really? REALLY? How did I miss that memo? My head is still stuck back in May. I'll blame it on the weather... and jello... Either way, I feel like I'm scrambling to figure out our 4th celebration this year. I'm certainly faced with grocery store madness the night before and working out a simple dessert. Did someone say Poke Cake? It will have hand picked from the yard fresh berries on top, though. I really need to start planning things out a bit better. At least, lunch is covered!
