A Touch of Spring
It is not just cold here, it is frigid.. like the kind of cold that you eat crackers and cheese for dinner to avoid going out to the grocery store. Here I was, pulling out a snowflake cookie cutter and a snowflake pick, and I got goosebumps just thinking about the wind chill! Plan B. What I wouldn't give for a lovely mild, spring day right now. Well, if not outside, why not inside? So, that was that. Butterfly lunch it is! I hope you all are staying warm and snug!
Cucumber, red and orange bell pepper, grilled cheese sandwich, mustard in container, strawberry, Brown Cow maple yogurt with more strawberries and some mini marshmallows underneath.
